We Are Officially a Non-Profit!!!

Okay friends and family! The wait is finally over. After weeks of waiting, we are tickled pink to announce that we have received our approval letter from the IRS, making us an official non-profit organization!

The feeling of excitement is hard to describe, but I say that about a lot of things haha. However, amidst all of the joy, I can't help but admit that I am also feeling a tad overwhelmed. Suddenly, I find myself standing at the beginning of this new adventure, unsure of where to begin. Thank goodness I thrive in chaos, we are determined to keep moving forward with true determination, fully immersing ourselves in this cause. I cannot express my gratitude enough to all of you who have stood beside me, offering your presence and support throughout this entire journey so far. It has not been an easy road, both in terms of the amount of work involved and the financial strain it has placed on my personal pocketbook. But we are just getting started.

With the milestone we have reached, I am confident that we will be able to alleviate some of those burdens through volunteers, sponsorships and generous donations from kind-hearted individuals like yourselves. With that weight lifted, we can now wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to creating an unforgettable experience for our new friends and families. Thank you all for your love and support. It truly means the world to us.

These kids inspired a new program that Aubs Family Photos will be debuting during our spring break trip to Mexico. We will be teaching kids how to use cameras and giving them one to keep. These family meetings are like gold. I always want to stay longer.
